Position: Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Salary: 40K-42K

Requirements:
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent REQUIRED
2+ years of professional experience in a high-pressure customer service environment
Strong organizational, communication & customer service skills
Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, and ability to learn new systems)
Staffing Industry experience is a plus
Flexibility – Schedule may vary based on business demands
Job Description:
Snelling has immediate openings for On Site Staffing Coordinator for a large mail distribution center. We need ambitious and hardworking associates who do not mind working in a warehouse environment and can work an entire shift on his or her feet. Our On Site Staffing Coordinator will handle onsite interviews and onsite onboarding.
Job duties include the following:
– Utilize ATS Bullhorn to recruit candidates
– Check employees in and out for shifts and report show volumes to offsite recruiters
– Manage payroll and timecards for employees
– Conduct onsite, in person interviews to determine candidate fit
– Manage new employee onboarding, including E-Verify I-9 processing
